The Association of Business Program Management

Executives (IECBS) is set to host the Program Manager Forum in mid-July 2024. This event will feature a keynote session by a notable speaker who will discuss innovative management approaches, emphasizing the importance of team segmentation, data utilization, and incentives in crafting a successful global go-to-market strategy.

The forum aims to equip attendees with the essential skills and knowledge needed to secure a prosperous career in project management. It will cover the tools and techniques that project managers use to guide projects from inception to completion, exploring best practices and how to seamlessly integrate various software into one's workflow.

The second session will concentrate on risk management and Six Sigma methodologies, demonstrating how big data can be leveraged to make informed decisions. This session is designed to prepare local professionals for project management roles, focusing on the terminology, concepts, and calculations commonly used in the industry.
