IECBS’s Criterion for Accreditation:

The International Education Council for Business Schools (IECBS) outlines the criteria for educational institutions globally. To achieve accreditation, institutions must adopt and adhere to these quality standards.

CRITERION I- MISSION

The institution's mission and educational standards should be transparent and easily understandable to the public. The institution must clearly communicate its purpose and activities, providing detailed information about its focus on research, scholarship, teaching, and academic programs.

i The institution features a broadly communicated mission statement, approved by its governing board, that outlines its role in higher education, directs its activities, and is clearly understood by its community.

ii The organization clarifies how it will achieve its mission through its goals, features, and expected outcomes. From this understanding, it specifies particular achievements or results that indicate a satisfactory level of mission fulfillment.

CRITERION II:
Commitment To Integrity

The organization maintains integrity in its operations by implementing inclusive structures and processes that involve the board, administration, faculty, staff, and students to fulfill its mission.

i- The management and administrative structures of the organization promote effective leadership and support collaborative processes, enabling the organization to reach its goals.

ii- The organization upholds and safeguards its integrity.

CRITERION III:
PROMOTING STUDENT LEARNING

The institution demonstrates evidence of student learning and teaching effectiveness, confirming that it meets its educational objectives.

i- The educational programs clearly define their goals for student learning outcomes, facilitating effective assessment.

ii- The organization emphasizes and promotes high-quality instruction.

iii- The organization fosters supportive and effective learning environments.

CRITERION IV:
FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE

The organization maintains sufficient resources, frameworks, and procedures to meet its goals, improve the quality of its educational programs, and adapt to future changes. It plans proactively for potential scenarios.

i-The organization prepares pragmatically for future challenges influenced by various social and economic changes.

ii-The institution's resources support its educational programs and strategies for maintaining and improving their quality in the future.

iii- The institution’s ongoing assessment processes provide reliable evidence of its effectiveness, which guides the development of strategies for continuous improvement.

iv-All strategic planning aligns with the organization's mission, thereby enhancing its capacity to achieve that mission.

CRITERION V:
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT & INSTITUTIONAL STRETEGY

IECBS maintains a comprehensive set of resources, systems, and methodologies essential for achieving its goals, improving the quality of its educational offerings, and preparing for future challenges. The organization is committed to anticipating and addressing emerging scenarios effectively.

i-IECBS proactively prepares for potential future developments driven by shifting societal and economic trends.

ii-The resources at IECBS provide a solid foundation for its educational programs and its strategies aimed at maintaining and enhancing their quality over time.

iii-The institution’s ongoing evaluation systems deliver reliable evidence of its effectiveness, which informs the creation of strategies for continuous improvement.

iv-All planning activities at IECBS are aligned with the organization's mission, thereby enhancing its capability to achieve its objectives.
